With your analytics and session-replay consent, Lusmira may record a limited reconstruction of clicks, scrolling and pauses on its public home and product pages to improve the store. This does not capture your device screen, camera, microphone or other websites. Form fields and personal text are masked. Published store content, product details, prices and buttons remain visible. Visual replay excludes checkout, account, order-tracking and staff pages. With the same optional consent, checkout diagnostics record only whether standard contact and address fields are empty, filled or invalid, and whether the submit button was clicked or submission attempted. No entered values, validation messages, checkout URL identifiers or payment details are stored; a submit attempt does not prove an order was placed. We do not use replay to collect email addresses, phone numbers, delivery addresses, passwords or payment information.
Recordings stay on Lusmira servers, are accessible only to authorized administrators, and expire after seven days. Recording is limited to ten minutes per page. You can decline session replay in the existing cookie preferences. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected. Replay data is not used to send abandoned-checkout or promotional messages.
